Engage in guided Nature-Informed Therapy exercises, exchange healing traditions with Alpine herbalists, and explore local, non-touristy landscapes. This 8-day journey fosters deep healing, global understanding, and connection with nature. Participants will hike, cycle, and practice mindfulness amidst majestic mountain scenery, serene lakes, and pristine alpine parks.

Join Nature Informed Therapy for a unique series that explores the connection between nature and mental health. Participants will take a short walk to Mount Vernon Place, engage in gentle practices and conversation, and discover simple ways to nurture their mental health. This experience is presented by the Center for Nature Informed Therapy, specialists in restoring the evidence-based connection between mental health and the natural world. A limited number of camp chairs and sit spot mats are provided. The event takes place at the Central Library, Business, Science, and Technology Department Room 1801.
