1. What AtLost Is

AtLost is a platform for discovering, sharing, and organizing transformative life experiences — retreats, workshops, coaching programs, adventures, and everything in between. We help people find experiences that matter, connect with others on similar journeys, and take the leap.

We are not a booking platform, travel agency, or service provider. We provide information, community, and introductions. That's it.

2. Platform Interactions & Liability

AtLost facilitates connections between users and experience providers. We may introduce you to providers, display their offerings, and help you discover experiences that might be right for you. However:

  • Any arrangement, booking, transaction, or relationship established through AtLost is solely between you and the other party (whether that's a provider, another user, or any third party).
  • AtLost does not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any experience, service, or interaction that occurs as a result of using our platform.
  • AtLost is not a party to any agreement between you and any provider or user. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any experience, provider, or outcome.
  • You participate in any experience entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to do your own research, ask questions, verify credentials, and exercise good judgment before committing to any experience or provider.

3. The AtLost Collective

The AtLost Collective is a curated group of experience providers selected by the AtLost team. Inclusion in the Collective means we believe these providers offer genuinely transformative experiences. It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any specific outcome.

$250 Credit

AtLost members may receive a $250 credit toward Collective experiences. The following terms apply:

  • The credit is applied by the provider at the time of booking, not by AtLost.
  • The credit is valid for one use per experience per user.
  • Credits cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • The credit is subject to availability and the provider's participation in the Collective program.
  • AtLost reserves the right to modify or discontinue the credit program at any time.

Introductions

When you request an introduction to a Collective provider, AtLost will connect you via email. This introduction is a courtesy — not a commitment, contract, or obligation on anyone's part. What happens after the introduction is entirely between you and the provider. AtLost is not responsible for the provider's responsiveness, availability, pricing, or the quality of their services.

4. Your Content

When you add experiences, write reviews, share insights, or post any content on AtLost, you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant AtLost a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the platform.

Don't post anything harmful, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used to provide and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. When you request an introduction to a provider, your name and email will be shared with that provider for the purpose of the introduction.

You control the visibility of your content through privacy settings (Just Me, Connections, Community, or Public).

6. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtLost and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, any introduction made through the platform, or any experience you participate in as a result of using AtLost.

AtLost's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AtLost (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continued use of AtLost after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
