Join us at Deer Park Monastery for a mindfulness weekend dedicated to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) practitioners, featuring meditation, mindful meals, and Dharma talks. This weekend is designed to create a nourishing space for BIPOC members of our spiritual community. Check-in is on Friday between 2-4 PM, and the program concludes on Sunday at around 3 PM.

The Family Retreat 2026 at Deer Park Monastery is a unique annual retreat where families join monastics and practitioners in the Plum Village tradition. The retreat takes place from July 12 to 18 and offers a chance for families to practice mindfulness and connect with like-minded individuals. The monastery uses a lottery system for registration to ensure a fair and stress-free experience. Participants can expect a transformative experience in a beautiful setting, with opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
Join us for The Sun My Heart Retreat from August 9-15, 2026, at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado.
