The Renewal Reset is a restorative nervous system recharge by the sea, created for women who are ready to begin the year differently. This 4-night retreat, led by Maria Mercedes, takes place in La Ventana, Baja California, Mexico, and is limited to 15 women. Participants will engage in daily sunrise yoga, breathwork, and meditation, as well as workshops and ceremonies to spark deep introspection and powerful change. The retreat aims to help women unplug from daily life, return to their body's wisdom, and find balance and ease in their relationships, work, and inner world. With a focus on somatic practices, Ayurvedic self-care, and Human Design coaching, participants can expect to leave with practical tools, embodied insights, and a felt sense of calm.
