Motherwithin is a transformative day of dance, song, and meditation for women to reconnect with their inner mother. Guided by Tika Morgan, Sandra Sears, and Leslie Llaca Bost, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and healing. The retreat takes place at the Baja Nomad Hotel and is designed to nourish and support women in all stages of life. Through embodied movement, voice and song, and meditation, women will cultivate a deeper sense of presence, resilience, and love. This intimate day is limited to a small group, ensuring a supportive and immersive experience.
