This weekend retreat, led by trauma-informed meditation teacher Leah Raidt, introduces participants to meditation techniques and somatic practices to support building a consistent spiritual practice. The retreat centers LGBTQ+ and those that love us, and is open to all genders and faith traditions. Participants will learn tools to de-excite the nervous system, release stress, and access a felt-sense of safety and divinity from within. The retreat includes lecture, discussion, group meditation, breathwork, and select readings, as well as unstructured time for rest, play, and silence. It takes place at the Nazareth Retreat Center in Kentucky from June 5-7, 2026.
