The Art of Interbeing is a 4-night residential retreat led by Peggy Rowe-Ward and Diane Little Eagle, exploring the concept of interbeing and interconnectedness. Participants will practice deep looking, silence, indoor and outdoor meditation, deep relaxation, artistic expression, music, song, and dance. The retreat celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Order of Interbeing and offers the opportunity to receive the Five Mindfulness Trainings. It's a unique blend of Buddhist meditative practice, nature, and creative expression, suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners.
